We need you to carefully pack and send us your complete instrument cluster which we will install one of our shown rebuilt speedometers, and safely return the assembled cluster to you. We try to ship next day after receiving your cluster so you will not be down for long. We suggest a sturdy box of 15 or 16 inches long by 8 inches high and wide. PLEASE be very careful to protect the (4) mounting ears which can be easily broken in shipping. Sorry-we do NOT sell speedometers alone.

    We are offering AT LEAST THREE rebuilt speedometers for 1992-1993 Volvo 240 SEDAN models.  You are receiving a rebuilt speedometer and shipping to you-
    NOT A COMPLETE CLUSTER
    .  The electrical engineer who is doing the work has found and corrected the commonly seen faults, and has fabricated a test module to verify results, and even simulates hot or cold conditions to assure the units will keep working for you. We have had NO LUCK in using scrap yard speedometers, and this is a good way to keep these great older 1992-1993 Volvo 240 SEDANS going.
    We will reset the odometer to your requested reading if you ADD THE MILEAGE REQUEST AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. We can not hold up shipping. .

The return shipping to you will be at our expense. We have pictured the front & rear images of the style of speedometers which we will install in your cluster.  We do not sell speedometers by themselves-FYI.
    We have added a second re-check of the speedometers to be done after the re-setting of the odometer. This has required a change to 15 day handling time to allow shipping to and from you-us-you.                                                                       We have had to do the extended handling time to cover the complete exchange of your cluster getting to us, and the shipping back. We usually get these shipping very quickly.
