Lloyd Carlisle are an authorised BMW, MINI and BMWi retailer, all new parts and accessories come with a 2 year UK warranty.  All used parts and accessories are not covered by a warranty but are sold in good working order (unless otherwise stated).
For your warranty to be activated we need a chassis number and registration number.  Please provide this through eBay messages.
Delivery / Collection
All postage prices are for mainland (not highlands) UK only.  For all other areas please contact us for a quote.  If you are not in mainland UK we may contact you for the extra postage payment.
If you would like something changed with your order or would like your item sent 1st class instead of 2nd class, please send an eBay message so we can change the order before it is sent out.  If your request is urgent please call the parts department at Lloyd Carlisle. We automatically leave you positive feedback once feedback is received from you but if you have an issue with an item, please contact us through eBay messages before leaving feedback and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Returns
However, if we cannot resolve your issue you have 30 days from when you received the item to return it to us for a full refund.  When returning please send tracked so you are insured in case the item is lost in the post and also put your name, eBay user name and details of the item you bought so we know who the package is from.  Please contact us via eBay messages to inform us you would like to return your item.
