For your warranty to be activated we need a chassis number and registration number.

Compatibility
Please note eBay compatibility is only there for a guide.  If you are unsure if this item will fit your vehicle, you can contact Chris or Jason with your chassis number or registration number through eBay messages.
Your chassis number can be found on your V5/registration document next to "VIN/Chassis/Frame No." and it will start with WBA, WBS, WAP, WBY or WMW.  It can also be found in the bottom corner of your windscreen on the passenger side (looking from the outside of the vehicle).

Returns
However, if we cannot resolve your issue you have 30 days from when you received the item to return it to us for a full refund.  When returning please send tracked so you are insured in case the item is lost in the post and also put your name, eBay user name and details of the item you bought so we know who the package is from.  Please contact us via eBay messages to inform us you would like to return your item.
