    I am going by our old labeled packaging. It indicates "Leica upper glass plate #17713M for Focomat". It looks like heat glass to me(bluish looking in color). I am not sure which model but I will give some measurements and images. Note image #3. Mild chip on edge. It is two pieces of glass taped together at one edge. The size of the glass is 2 3/4" square. The two pieces of glass together measure 1/8" thick.
