    Description

    Helena Wolfsohn Hand Painted Reticulated & Encrusted Basket of Flowers
    Nice antique 19th century reticulated porcelain basket of large hand painted encrusted pink rose and other flowers in purple, yellow, pink, and white. Gold gilt highlights to the reticulation and gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse with the Augustus Rex AR mark, which was used by Helena Wolfsohn between 1843 and 1883.
    Has some wear to the gilding, a few small in manufacture firing separations to the reticulation, and a few losses to the encrusted flowers.
    Measures approximately 7 7/8 inches wide x 1 7/8 inches tall.
