Durst (I believe) Lamphouse connector
Came out of a spare parts bin with a bunch of Durst equipment but otherwise I don't recognize it - it could be from a larger Beseler (4x5 or bigger)
Approx diameters are 6 3/4" and 7 1/4"
See photos and ask for more measurements if you are not sure... I don't have much to go on here (no numbers or makers' marks stamped anywhere)
