Dresden Wehsener Hand Painted Floral & Gold Leaf Plate late 1800's early 1900's

This plate was one of the hardest pieces of China that came from my Grandma to identify. There is a marking of 1909./1. the fourth photo is of a cup and saucer sold here for 5 having the same makers mark listed as Wehsener.
Do not quote me on this but I think the 1909 is the date, and the 1. is that this is #1 and the only plate made like this. I cannot find any other examples of his work that match this piece.
The plate was my grandmothers and my family fled Germany to escape the holocaust. Unfortunately there is no one left to give me the history and details on the plate. My G-ma passed in 96 and my dad who may have known passed in 2019, with them gone its only me with a lot of antiques that I don't know much about.
If the information I provided is in any way incorrect please tell me. I try my best to research my items thoroughly and provide as much information as possible.
