This is a very nice looking unit, which includes the probe and power cord. The latch in the back is not holding as well as it should, but could probably be easily fixed. If for any other reason the item is defective, we have a 30 day return policy. Each item we sell is marked, delibly or indelibly, to insure that this item has not been tampered with and that the item returned is the same item we sent.Any product returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Shipping is calculated and will be either shipped through USPS of FedEx. We reserve the right to ship through other sources if they are either more expedient or offer a more competitive price. Normally, all items are shipped the same or next day, but list 3 days as handling time due to volume of business fluctuations.
