    Beseler 45MXT Motorized Lift Assembly
    Checks out okay, moves easily up or down, installs easily
    If you remove the base bolts and the two brace screws on one side, the frame will spread apart so you can remove your broken lift assembly and replace it with this one. Then you just have to be sure you install it level when you engage the gear rack.
