I am offering my complete darkroom kit, with unopened paper, chemicals, easels and timer. This kit is capable of printing gallery quality fiber and resin based, black and white photographs, up to 11x14". In 2003 I started compiling a darkroom kit, comparable with my college, which allowed me to finish my projects while working full-time (the college darkrooms closed at 11pm). After completing my BA I printed a wide variety of personal projects and spec work on this equipment. In 2016 I was gearing up to start a large photo project, which was derailed by a major house renovation. In 2021 I was again gearing up to start a photo project, which was again postponed when we started building a house. The result is that I no longer have the money, time or space to take on such a project at this time.
I am seeking a good home for my darkroom printing kit. Instead of parting things out I would rather see it go to someone who intends to use it. In addition to the sale of equipment, I'm also willing to provide direction or lessons as the buyer is interested, for a fair additional fee.
