For sale is
a very nice porcelain plaque most likely made in Dresden , Germany in the 19th century. It is hand painted with a very good quality portrait of a lady holding a bird surrounded by a nice gold trim. The piece is very detailed and nicer than many of these one sees. The plaque is in perfect condition with one minor scratch in her hair. Not sure if it is marked in the back as someone has revamped it into a brooch or necklace pendant by attaching a metal piece to it as shown. The plaque is about 2.375 inches tall and 2 inches wide.
