1973 Kentucky License Plate Tag #560-169 --Leslie County--   New-Old-Stk
This is an unissued new-old-stock 1973 Kentucky car plate from Leslie County. The plate has a scratch, edge rust .....and more on the r/h and lower plate edge plus some more minor shelf-wear & handling scuffs/paint loss. It also has a slight bend/twist. Still pretty displayable !
